Defuro is a professional Chinese enterprise engaged in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of industrial automation products, committed to providing customers with one-stop customized solutions in the fields of sensors, measurement, and control.
The company has obtained National High-Tech Enterprise certification, ISO Quality Management System certification, and Provincial Technology Enterprise certification. With world-leading sensing and control technologies, Defuro provides customers with standardized and customized automation solutions and products. Its diverse range of sensor products is widely used in industrial automation applications in light industry, chemical industry, automotive, steel, tobacco, metallurgy, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, printing, packaging, and various types of general machinery.
At present, the company has independently developed the following product series: inductive proximity sensors, capacitive proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, light curtain sensors, ultrasonic sensors, fiber optic sensors, dedicated sensor cables, connectors, and other controllers, covering thousands of products. All products are manufactured using internationally advanced high-end production processes and are protected by independent intellectual property rights. The company has also been granted multiple new patents.
The Defuro R&D Department has collaborated with well-known research institutes in the industry on multiple occasions and has developed DEFBEST technology, a new technology for proximity switches. This technology has been widely applied to Defuro sensors, significantly improving their resistance to interference and reducing the impact of external environmental factors such as temperature and humidity. It also greatly improves sensor accuracy while reducing sensor failure rates, making a significant contribution to the development of the sensor industry.

From incoming materials to final shipment, every process is carefully controlled for stable, consistent sensor performance.
Order & Technical Review
Sales receives the customer order; R&D conducts a technical review of specifications and feasibility. If requirements cannot be met, the case returns to the Sales team for customer consultation before resubmission.
Raw Material Procurement & Inspection
Purchasing sources raw materials, which the Quality Department inspects before they are released to the warehouse.
Warehousing & Material Requisition
Inspected materials enter the warehouse; Production requisitions materials as needed.
Production Process
Materials flow through pre-processing, welding, debugging/testing, potting & curing (aging), and final inspection — each step gated by a quality checkpoint.
Packaging & Finished-Goods Handling
Approved products are packaged, entered into finished-goods inventory, and released for shipment.
After-Sales Service
Post-shipment support is looped back to Sales to close the customer feedback cycle.
